i loved this?! honestly, i was iffy about carry on but wanted to see where wayward son took me... and it took me on such a fun cross country american roadtrip. i didnt know i needed a group of brits hating on america but i did. the renaissance faire was quite fun & i liked the magic of america! the characters really broke out of their shell (and out of the you-know-who's shadows from another book). i will be anxiously awaiting the next book it seems.
One 30 minute conversation about where the other stands in the relationship would've made this short book even shorter

Ack, I’m feeling v conflicted about this. 3.5? 3.75? It was great to be back with Simon and Baz but I wish more of this was, like...about Simon and Baz. I’m feeling a little unfulfilled! Although there’s gotta be another one, right??
