This was a unique LGBTQIA take on Eros and Psyche. A bit of in immature romance, but seemed true to the Greek mythology in how the prose was written.

This was okay. I liked the prose as it felt authentic for it depicting ancient Greek mythology. It was a Sapphic reimagining of Psyche and Eros, where Eros is actually a transgender god. It was definitely an interesting concept, but I had a hard time connecting to the characters and was a bit bored with the story overall.

A little bit on the nose in delivering the main thematic points. The sentence structure is also SO long and drags on a little bit as you go through the book. Probably wouldn’t read again but it was fine.
