This is phenomenal! The impact of using jellyfish to block out more and more of each panel with Odettes in tease vision loss is strong!

However, whoever chose the mix of lower case "a" and all caps: why?! 

The stylized lowercase a looks like a 2. And mixed with everything else all caps my brain kept seeing ”and" as "2ND". That's the one that caught me literally every time and broke my brain a little. But other letter combinations of all caps with the stylized lower case a also fucked me up, but the "2ND" really really started to get on my nerves. 

It was a very frustrating reading experience.

I loved this book. It's not an easy topic to write a book about and it was so accessible. The illustrations were so descriptive and powerful, I loved the bits set in the bookstore, very relatable as a bookstore owner. 

This is a book I'm proud to have on my bookstore shelves because more people should read it!
