six could stab me and i’d say thanks

actual review incoming:

so i finished my reread and wow, still as good as i remember. of course now i’m older, i can see the inconsistency in some of the writing — likely a result of the possible ghostwriters involved. though that isn’t really prevalent until the next few books. overall, just a nice nostalgic read. i still hate sarah.

Not the direction I expected this book to go when I first read its description, but pleasantly surprising nonetheless.  I found myself liking the side characters more than the main characters, but that isn't to say I disliked any of them. The action was slow at times, which is to be expected, but even during the climax of the story things seemed to drag on a bit. Overall, entertaining with enjoyable characters and an interesting story line. On to book two!
