I am so enjoying this series, especially via audiobooks! They are now my go-to for my work commute. This installment involves fairies, zombies, and of course lots of vamps. The love triangle with Anita continues and gets even more complicated and intense. As soon as I finished this one I downloaded the next!

This book counts for Popsugar 2023 for a book I bought secondhand.

This book of all my rereads so far was much better in my mind. I enjoyed the character development a lit but there was just too much going on in the plot. It made the mystery not as easy to solve but it felt like that was because certain things didnt make sense. 

I think it was the murder subplot. If ot had just been the teen turned vampire that would have bern okay, but there were so many elements. 

Byt some Jean Claude backstory! Bath scene! Thats the goods
