Great conclusion! More suspense and mystery and sexy times. I loved it all. I enjoyed getting the answers I have been searching for and finally learning more about these characters and this family. I loved this storyline. It is fun and kept me on the edge of my seat and I can't wait for more from Lisa.
What a perfect ending to this Trilogy! After all the negative crap that any two people could possibly go through, ending up together is the supreme finally!

But let me tell you, this book, it has all of the elements that are required to suck you in, and never let you go. It took me a few days to get over the ending of this book. Shock! Horror! Betrayal! Are just some of the emotions that this book entices!

The Empire was a thrilling ending to the trilogy. There was so much going on throughout the trilogy that the ending and finding out who was behind everything was gripping. I loved finding out what happened to Issac in the end that was pretty funny and fitting. Such a good trilogy and characters.
This trilogy started out quite strong so it’s a shame that I’ve enjoyed each book less and less. The struggle to finish The Empire was real. If it had been a standalone, I might have thrown in the towel but I invested too much time to quit.
The previous books suffer from repetition, and this book is no exception. It might even be a little worse. The pace is sluggish which caused my attention to wander. Truly, this story could and should have been wrapped up in two books. As it is, the conclusion is anti-climactic. I didn’t even feel like the bad guys got what was coming to them in the end, so I was left feeling unsatisfied all around.

WHatttt an Ending!!! The Empire picks up right where The Princess left off with Eric's big secret revealed. I more than love the connection these two characters have! It's Everything! Eric and Harper have been through so much, their love has only grown stronger! In this book, Eric really shows the length he will go to just to keep Harper safe and for them to have their shot at happiness. I was on the edge of my seat with all the suspense! Finally, more pieces of the puzzle start to make sense and the bigger picture is clear! On a side note, I think Eric "uses" Harper a bit much in this book to push off more important matters and clear his mind. It was hot and alpha but it was also like, hello... what's happening, figure this S*** out!!! Eric is a genius and has such a beautiful mind! I love how much harper understands that and how she knows he needs her to calm his mind. His own special Rubic cube. The true enemy!! like what the heck I never saw that unfolding the way it did! I'm so happy with how it ended! I have to say I hope there is more to come for the security brothers! I received an Arc in exchange for an honest review.

The Empire was a fantastically thrilling, exciting and gripping conclusion to Eric and Harper's story, and one that was full of twists and turns. As the full scale of the Kingston families, toxic, corrupt and deadly deeds were finally revealed. And I honestly could not put it down. Plus, it was packed full of chemistry and had a great surprise ending too.

With each book I fell more and more in love with Eric. That man has been through so much and has had to fight his entire life. He is a genius and will protect those he loves with everything he has, especially Harper. Their love for each other is what kept them going, kept them fighting. It wasn’t always an easy ride, but they fought the fight together.

This was such a great conclusion to Eric and Harper’s story! I am so happy that it was stretched out into a trilogy and not just the original plan of a duet. We got so much amazing story for these two.
