eh

Don't think i would have liked Glitterball so well if I hadn't had this to supplement the ending immediately.

Removed stars for: ended too soon

Kept stars for: MM romance, the author didn’t stray away from the MC’s mental health struggles, eloquently written and good relationship building, I liked Niall’s struggle as a subplot, good sex scenes (sweet and to the point)

This was a sweet story, but it ended too early for me. I read an old edition that sadly didn’t include Glitterland After. My only wish is that Ash showed Darian the tattoo he got for him and we got to read his reaction. I was surprised Mark wasn’t shown to be more of an asshole for sleeping with Niall weeks before he was going to get married, even Amy his fiance knew Niall was trying but I don’t think she knew the reality. Darian’s Essex accent definitely made him seem more charming although some words and slang were hard to pick up on. I thought Ash was a dickbag for how he treated Darian but I felt like he was trying his best. I did enjoy their sex scenes and how intense they were.

I got this as a freebee then realized it is not the first in the series. Decided to peruse it anyway and was immediately turned off by the accentuating of one of the characters accents. Could only read a few pages before I had to close it.

I don't get why they took the ending of Glitterland and made a separate book for it. The only thing I can think of is that, perhaps this was an old version and the original Glitterland book didn't have the ending included. It's kinda annoying. I was hoping for more of Glitterland, and instead, I got the ending I'd just read.

Just the scene I wanted!! The true ending of [b:Glitterland|17727137|Glitterland (Glitterland #1)|Alexis Hall|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1364942814s/17727137.jpg|24797122]!
