There’s dark romance and then there’s this. I got to page 75 and just was done. I could get past them not actually being related so it’s not incest but the rest not so much. Just not for me.

I get why people get rubbed the wrong way by this book, but I actually really enjoyed it. I think since I was already a big Penelope Douglas fan before reading this, I understood how her books flow better than other people might, so I wasn’t bothered by what other people were. Her characters, settings, and plot lines are always unique and feel like a movie I never want to turn off. Plus, the last scene
