Fatherless children, get your tissues! In The Game is both heartwrenching and heartwarming in the way it depicts the fateful chemistry of Raleigh and Barrett, two soulmates, separated by circumstance and sheer bad luck, who find their way back together to form their forever family.
The writing of In The Game was not St. James’ best, but the story was delightful. The banter between the two main characters was gorgeous, and seeing Barrett fall in love with his son was beautiful and incredibly emotional.
