Does what it says on the tin and is a great introduction to Old Norse-Icelandic Sagas, although you can soooo tell that Ross is annoyed that she can't go into as much detail as she wants to and it occasionally feels like she resents having to summarise so much. That being said, if you want more depth, there is a fantastically detailed and organised further reading section.
