I've already read a few of Annie Bellet's books, and then I discovered that she has a lot of free shorts out!
BROKEN MOON is the shortest of those I picked up.
This is a short story inspired by Blackbeard, I'd guess - or is it Bluebeard? I'm not sure, but the one with all the women heads in the closet - but with a werewolf twist.
I did enjoy the story, even if I'm left with a few questions and wanting more!
Bellet's writing is nice and has a good flow.
Her stories are short and to the point, and if you haven't checked her out yet, I suggest you do. This story and more are free on kindle.

A stand alone short story by Annie Bellet. Urban Fantasy (but set in a rural location.) Short but snappy, dealing as it does with the discovery that a relationship is toxic.
