I really enjoyed it, it was like watching a paranormal movie. He is a demon that’s basically being enslaved by the same family for a century. They run a cult and are trying to fulfill a prophecy/ task whatever. She just moved back to the town not knowing she was a piece in the puzzle. She now has a demon by her side except she wants a deal her soul for his protection.
The story has more layers and story lines and I enjoyed it excited to read the other books and get the full story behind the glimpses we saw in this.

I started this ages ago and got 40% of the way in before I dropped it. I finally finished it and it was pretty basic. I like the whole demon monsters gods concept and stuff but I feel like the characters are just super under developed and the plot is a bit messy. Will probably continue the series one day. 2/5.

If I could give this book a 6 I would!! My first book my Harley. Absolutely devoured it. The balance between spice and plot is perfection. And I love nothing more than an overly devoted MMC. UGHH HARLEY consider me a forever fan!!
