This one didn’t work out for me, I skipped like half of it. maybe it was the writing style idk but I didn’t connect with the characters or their relationship, I guess I might have appreciated the book if it hadn't been drawn as a romcom.

it was pretty plot driven, characters seemed childish to me but the whole context of the book was them having to grow up i guess. it's your typical romcom, 3rd act break up and one of the main lead takes a plane to go to the other and have a grand declaration of love. i love my little overambitious willa, she reminded me of nora stephens from book lovers, and i love how she sassed the other dude. felt like there was still something missing in it. oh right, i never understood how the main leads met. some more chemistry or tension could have made the book better. it also felt like i was reading the script of a romcom movie, which could be a good thing and a bad thing, since i found it very surface level. it was a plain, sweet, no thoughts, head empty, just vibes kinda book.

An easy-to-read chick-lit book.I was really excited to read this one. I mean, an amnesia trope is always great to read. I love the angst, and this book did not have it enough. There are a lot more tender moments I found Carina Taylor's writing so easy to read.
The premise was interesting and this was fast read, but overall I found it under-delivered.

Genuinely fun and enjoyable to read. Gave me Love and Other Words vibes. With lovable main characters, character growth, and a great plot this boom is a must-read.
My issues is with the “big fight”. I feel like it could've been bigger, it didn't seem as big as made to be.
Overall it was a good read and i do recommend

“Dreams are dangerous place where truths are revealed.”

This was just delightful! I just loved this second chance romance & throw in a little amnesia & I’m here for it! Meyer & Archie were once married but now they are divorced. Archie gets into an accident & has amnesia… he has lost a few years & still thinks they are married. With no else to take care him, Meyer brings him home & realizes she might still have feelings for him. I loved both Archie & Meyer… they are both flawed & have some growing up to do plus I love they both take responsibility for their failed marriage. Its a fun lighthearted read that will have you laughing one moment & pull at your heart strings the next. It’s full of swoony moments, great banter & will leave you with a smile on your face.
