I loved this book until it pulled the trope of “we broke up but maybe we can get back together so instead of calling you and asking if we can talk I flew to the city you live in and figured out where you live based on google street view”. This is not a romantic trope to me regardless of the gender of the couple involved, and fuels people in real life to think this is ok when in fact doing this often is stalker behaviour . I really wish that Herring Blake has not done this, until the VERY VERY end of this book I loved the whole thing, and now I’m walking away with a bad taste in my mouth. Honestly disappointed cause I really did love the book until that point.
