I loved this comic, the art was great, the story was great, and the characters were fascinating. It kept you guessing what was real and what was just in Marc’s head. Marc coming to terms with his disorder and his other identities was well done. The flashbacks to Marc’s childhood and origin as moon knight were a great insight into his mental illness. I thought the changes in art style when a different personality was in control made the comic easier to read and understand.

I loved this so much. Moon Knight has quickly became my favorite Marvel character after watching the mini series (which I desperately need a season 2 off) and this comic was perfect to read after rewatching Moon Knight considering the comic follows a very similar theme that the show did with Marc learning how to deal with his DID and learning that he is perfectly capable of living even if he's sick. My favorite Moon Knight episode was the one where Marc is in the psych ward in his head so the fact that the comic started there was perfect, and I really did think Lemeire did a good job with how Mark reacted and viewed his insanity because there was parts were I thought Marc was just tweaking. I also love the dynamic with Khonshu, I like the concept that Khonshu watched Marc ever since he was a kid (I also like how Khonshu called Marc his son)

I absolutely love the art styles in this comic, with my favorite being Marc inside his mental asylum; I loved the added detail that the art style changed based on who was fronting and how the art style just fit them so well with Jake having a old detective comic esc style while Steven's really reminded me of Superman (I also like how different Comic Steven is to show Steven, and just how different their personalities are) I also thought it was super interesting that its implied Marc has more 'weaker" personalities and not just Jake and Steven. I also really enjoyed how we see just how much Marc desperately needs Jake and Steven and even his friends and how much he really relies on them to make him feel sane when he himself doesn’t always feel he himself is sane.

Either way, I love the show and I really liked this comic (though I do prefer Layla over Marlene) and my only criticism would be that some of the dialogue sometimes felt corny though that could just be something to expect in Marvel comics.

So glad this is the series they used as inspiration for the MCU show. By far my favorite Moon Knight run.
