3.75/5 ⚡️✨
I had a good amount of high lights in this one. It was definitely more philosophical in the last third f the book. Really deep introspective thoughts/statements about human purpose and what humans need. I loved that part.

I was not a fan of sibling Dex. I know that they had some inner battles they were struggling with, however they just made me think of them as rude thoughtout the novel. Maybe in book 2 I’d like them more but who knows.

Cozy sci fi in nature

This is thoughtful and nice and kind but it was slow and I just came off a very fast-paced series so it was jarring. The long and short of it is that I don’t know my feelings on this yet!!!

I love this book and found the job my heart desires...

It is deep and soft and warm and serious and so much more. And laugh out loud funny, as well. You need not know more to read it.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for writing this book, @Becky Chambers!
