Super quick and fun read. Literary? No. Filled with self awareness and raw honesty? Not exactly. (Like she really lived this ultra glam, life with a shady profession and stayed awake for days without using drugs!?!)

But it was compelling and gave a peek into a certain type of lifestyle

This was fun to read after watching the movie. You get to learn more about the celebrities who were a part of the games which was interesting.

I watched the movie first and instantly loved the story that Molly had to tell. After months of wanting to read her book I decided to listen to the audio book and I was not disappointed!

Full of grit and gumption, her story is one that is worth listening to (if only the learn more about poker).

The first half was basically Devil Wears Prada in real life, but Ms. Bloom here sold her soul. Interesting to see her journey though.

In my mind I pictured this as happening to Jessica Chastain, because I am the worst.

The story is really interesting. But it also just seemed a bit surface to me.
