Just because one story in a book of three novellas is bad is no reason to give up on them entirely, right?
Except that whoever edited this book together picked all three. And if his taste is so freaking bad that he would think the first novella is good, then the other two can't be much better.
Fuck that. I apparently picked this out of the new library list because it's New Orleans-centric. And, as with most things New Orleans-centric, I was sorely disappointed.
