I love how John Green changes your views on a character - a simple clarification can change the way you relate to a character and he always does it so perfectly. One of the less popular Green books but still of equal merit.

im obviously not the target audience for the this book anymore. nonetheless that was real fucking boring
If Hassan had been the narrator, I would've given this book 5 out of 5 stars. Unfortunately Colin Singleton, who reminded me a bit to much of Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang Theory, was the focus of the book. Not my favorite John Green book, but overall not bad either. Much better than [b:Will Grayson, Will Grayson|6567017|Will Grayson, Will Grayson|John Green|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1368393890s/6567017.jpg|6759965] in my opinion.
Another John Green masterpiece. Like [b:Looking for Alaska|99561|Looking for Alaska|John Green|https://d202m5krfqbpi5.cloudfront.net/books/1394798630s/99561.jpg|919292] and [b:The Fault in Our Stars|11870085|The Fault in Our Stars|John Green|https://d202m5krfqbpi5.cloudfront.net/books/1360206420s/11870085.jpg|16827462], it is an unforgettable story with dynamic characters, hilarious jokes, and philosophical themes that will stick with me for a long time.

Honestly, I’m so disappointed in this book. I just don’t understand what I was reading I was pretty boring and nothing happened. It was very predictable. The good thing was John Green is a very talented writer and makes his work easy to read, the little footnotes were cute, unique and creative but honestly the most interesting thing on the page.
The characters weren’t very interesting other than Hassan whom I found hilarious. The book just fell short for me.
