I'm glad I read this. The voice was surprisingly refreshing and the writing was often eloquent and lyrical. Each part had something special - the first was maturely crafted (in both writing and plot), the second was intriguing in story, and the third was short, snappy, and stunning. The final few short stories were gripping - I felt my heart tense up as I was reading. I couldn't put it down.

Well written, good at building suspense, and interesting. I loved all the stories and I thought everything was really good.

A second reading - this time for uni. Loved it just as much. Such a brilliant, innovative and beautifully written text

I think I would have loved this if I was Australian, but I'm not. The stories were kind of hit-or-miss for me.

This is a 3 from me really, but I didn't want to bring the author's rating down because the book had some great characters and some great moments. Unfortunately it was too fragmented for me. It felt like many short stories stitched together, especially in the first and third parts.

this book is something else. Ioved and hated this book at times and at other times it got a bit too much for me. I don't know what to say but this book is literally every single thing in a book. I would recommend this to almost everyone to read this book.
