Eloise and I loved this book. Liam was less than impressed.
Charming. An endearing, realistic portrayal of family life with lots of siblings, a couple of pets and a wonderfully caring neighborhood that I hope still exists in real life as I remember it fondly from my childhood. You'll laugh, you'll cry and you'll be satisfied.
This book just makes ya feel good and is an easy read. I feel like this would make a good children's movie.

Listened to the audiobook for the second time with my 8 year old, 6 year old, and 4 year old. All enjoyed it! I love all the tie in’s to music, art, and culture.
We loved how this was a story of children coming up with ways to help with big family challenges. Children have a way of making it into the hardest of hearts. Compassion and forgiveness to boot in this story!
