The long awaited sequel. It was a fine volume, more-so focusing on the side-characters than Isagi, well, specifically Reo. But I really needed this volume, as it set the spot I want my fanfic to happen (around chapter 109 and later). I will say that I might have to lower my score, as I remember that it being much more Reo focussed and, in fact, is not. There is also a lot about Rin's brother and the other dude who I very much do not like. I don't mind him being put on the other team, as I want to have less of them. I like the overall main-team set-up, having a solid mix of new and old. I am quite sure that Reo will do something cool during the big arc, but I am going to ignore that for the fanfic (haha, just thinking about the fanfic). I will say that I don't love the character design of most of the new characters. I like Oliver well enough, but i find Miroku's design very jarring. It feels kinda stereotypical, but maybe that is just me. However, looking at the volume covers, he will not be a particularly prevelant character. Actually, from the looks of it, Oliver seems to be the only really relevant one of U-20. Also, we get a proper look at number five, Kuimiya, and he is both visually and as a character my type, so I am releived.
The way I don't know much about soccer, but I can't stop reading.

10 fucking stars. a million stars. it’s been a long time since I’ve felt this HYPED
Review for volumes 13 and 14! The last competitions to determine who is going to be in the ultimate team, that aggressive dude is worthless and I really think he should just be disqualified ten times over until he gets his aggression in check, there was just a bit too much blabla and I found myself glazing over, but the competition was so cool and I absolutely loved the competitions and seeing the teams kick ass, plus seeing the top team was fun as well! OK, sure, how it all ended was typical shounen, haha. There was tons of cool moves, action parts, people discovering their inner saiyans and more! I cannot wait to read more!
