Wel aardig, sommige stukken vond ik leuk, andere wat langdradig. Wel een boeiende ontknoping.

I read this book a few years ago and I remember loving every single phrase. I read it again now and I was pleased to see that I loved reading it as much as I did the first time around. I think this will always be one of my favorite books of all times.

It was really good but I found it very graphic in some places. There were stuff that the author added that didn't really have anything to do with the storyline

I loved this book, I read this book because of the movie. I appreciate the movie kept similar themes with the book and explored them more. I loved Charlie's view on the world. He isn't the normal main character of a book, he has strengths and weaknesses. Especially socially but it does tie in with his depression and abuse. I would love a second book about Charlie just so we know how he gets on in life and if he made an actual normal relationship with someone.

Wow. What can I say about this book? It was just a bundle of magic. I mean everyone has gone through those teenage stages. Everyone has experienced something that Charlie has. I felt like a true companion of his, reading his letters, his experiences. I felt like that trusted friend of his. I love how he has a gay experience (even though he didn't really feel anything for it). I love how this book shows the struggle of a gay relationship and just of relationships. It's such a wonderful book that everyone needs to read about. Things hit you when you're least expecting it and suddenly everything that occurred makes sense. I'm so glad that I picked it up. I love Charlie's quirks, his personality, his insights, and just how damn special he is. There are so many quotes in this book that I love. This book is one of those books that really makes someone feel good about himself.

Love Always,
Cindy
