Project Management for the Unofficial Project Manager by Suzette Blakemore, James Wood, Kory Kogon

3.5 stars. I read this for work with a group of my coworkers, so it wasn’t one I chose myself.
That being said, it was a moderately helpful and interesting read. It made some important points about being an effective project manager (or any kind of leader), and helped me realize some places where I can improve. The case studies we followed throughout the book were helpful illustrations of the points they were making, which was very needed because it felt very abstract to me without them — I wasn’t quite sure how I would implement or use the strategies and tools they talked about.
It felt like it was missing a little je ne sais quoi that would have pushed it over the top to being really excellent, though.

Solid summary of project management techniques that I'll apply daily. I admit that I skipped some of the anecdotes.
