Glad I didn't start Laurann Dohner with this series because 1. I wouldn't have finished this series as the first two were unimpressive and the last two just OK/good. 2. I would have never gone on to another series and would have missed out on New Species, that one of Dohner is very good.
For anyone who has read new species and thinking on this one, I would suggest skipping it. Not worth it but mildly entertaining but very sexist, in the unfair to women, no rights, department.

I'm only writing a review in hope the gifted Laurann Dohner knows of my deep desire to hope that one day you give Vinlotti his own stand alone book. What a captivating man wow!

Me ha gustado bastante en comparación a los otros (aunque el anterior sigue siendo mi favorito). Se lee super rápido al igual que todos los libros de esta historia.
Quizás no haya mucho desarrollo de personajes y la trama solo gire en torno al romance entre Berrr y Shana, pero aún así lo disfruté. Berrr es muy diferente a como lo imaginaba, pero me encontré con un hombre súper dulce y apasionado. Shana ha sido mi protagonista favorita, es de armas a tomar y muy fuerte. La química entre ellos fue muy rápida pero linda de ver.

Oh wow. I really enjoyed this story. Absolutely adored Shanna. She was a tough chick that didn't need saving and could fight her own battles, literally. The emotions were so well written that I was biting my nails when reading the final battle. God, how I love heroines that can take care of themselves. I have a feeling that Vinlotti's story will be next. At least I hope so because I can't wait to read about him. Excellent read.

This was okay. The plot didn’t have much action but I thought the romance part was cute since I kinda love insta-love.
