The synopsis felt super misleading….this book was all about eating disorders and how the author wrote her first book about her eating disorders and then when she finally did start talking more about exhaustion at the end it was nothing revelatory at all.

This book is her first book redressed and less helpful. I was hoping for more focus on types of rest and burnout, instead of more dieting.

Got bored. Thought this was going to be about diet culture influence on burnout but it was more of a memoir

Seemed like a repeat of her first book, The Fuck it Diet which actually was very helpful and interesting. Hearing it again was boring, and her focusing so much on her past wasn't what I wanted to read about, I was looking for an insight into burnout and she didn't touch the subject 100 pages into the book. Not for me.
