An unexpectedly difficult play... the main figure of the rover isn’t one who is easy to like today, nor one who is easy to dislike satisfyingly or interestingly. The play’s treatment of Angellica seems inconsistent with the rest of its philosophy. I don’t think I enjoyed this one, but I do think I’ll want to work with it more.
