The art is cool, but there isn't a story. Nagatoro's a bully and she randomly strikes up a friendship with a nameless guy... by bullying him?
It's not especially good. It's not horrible but it has nothing going for it.

Im just not down with the excessive bullying, It makes the basis of the relationship very toxic and I just can't gel with it at all.
From what I've seen the dynamic does not change much other than Senpai starts to stand up for himself.

The teasing girl is one of my most favorite character types, I find them to be fun and interesting to observe as they unleash all hell on their poor little prey (plus I get to take notes for myself muhahaha).
Don’t Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro is mainly a teasing comedy so, IMO you won’t really get much of a plot if this what you are looking for.
I’m not even sure it would satisfy you much if you’re looking for romance, it’s more of a light reading with a girl playfully picking on a boy she’s interested in and enjoying his reactions from her teasing.
Which I find enjoyable and look forward to seeing how their relationship progresses and watch how things go for the pair.
