It's official: I will read absolutely anything that Ross Gay has written. He has an unparalleled ability to find beauty and gratitude in moments that would otherwise go unnoticed by many of us. Gay's attention to detail, his love and appreciation for nature and for human connection - these qualities are bursting from every word of his poems. As has been the trend with other works of his, experiencing moments from his life helps me to appreciate the details of my own life even more. This is really such an aptly named collection - this is a catalog of unabashed gratitude. Ross Gay is a delight and I'm so grateful for him!
