Cried, laughed, grimaced, everything!!! This book was such a journey but I loved every plot twist and romantic flashback! Very much recommended!

Dance of Thieves is what got me into reading fantasy and I am yet to find a book that beats it. The sequel was another hit from Mary Pearson and I wish I could re-read the books again for the first time.

I enjoy the separate POVs of Kazi and Jase as I felt it helped to maintain the tension throughout the book and allow both characters time to be fully developed. I adore their relationship (and I am a romance HATER normally) and am a huge fan of Wren and Synove. I found this book to be really dark and I genuinely could not predict what would happen next!!

I can’t talk enough about how good these books are. Pearson is a wizard of writing, she completely immerses you in the world and the feelings of her characters and I cannot wait to read more of her work.
