rarely do I read a religious book I feel like matches my own theology; and this one nailed it AND challenged me in new ways
loved the practice focus
big mindfulness energy
appreciate the attention to other world religions in a way of reverence

This one felt grounded in purpose and format. Got the best of Taylor's insight with some concrete take aways.

I read it as part of the book group at Church in August and really enjoyed it, especially the way she talked about how our relationship with God isn't just about being in church, it's in the way we interact with the world and people around us. I liked her take on the Sabbath and importance of rest and the beauty of getting lost once in a while.
