Fun read! If you liked spy and romance you will enjoy this.
I have very mixed feelings about this book! There were times while I was reading where I thought to myself I will be rating this one star, it is just too ridiculous. However I did feel like the book redeemed itself in the end and really started to pick up. I actually really wanted to keep reading and wasn't just reading to be done with it. The plot was just a little too much and I thought the full on love story was just too far fetched. I did like Juliette and liked her story line/career, it was interesting and the last quarter of the book was the thriller I was looking for.

A lot of fun if a little paint-by-numbers. Likeable characters, and fun scenarios. Would read again when in the mood for fun, fast-paced thriller novel.
Really Good protagonist. Alex is not the usual type of person we might have come across.
Her nature of work might be a bit hard to digest but at last you learn to accept her for who she is and hopes she survives for a happily ever after.

With already being a fan of "The Host", Stephenie Meyer's other stand alone novel, I was excited to jump into this. A decent plot line with some character development. An enjoyable read. It just felt like it needed something.
To be perfectly honest, this was much better than I expected. I read the Twilight series to make some friends happy and ended up thinking that I should reevaluate those friendships because I was pretty sure that they were trying to kill me with those horrible books. This book is for adults. It's not full of sappy tripe. There are also no vampires or werewolves, but a book can't have everything.
