A difficult, though thought-provoking book which challenges the behaviour of yourself and the people around you. It is purely a clinical approach to how we conduct ourselves in social situations, and may even be helpful for those who are looking to better themselves psychologically. Unfortunately the difficulty comes from the vocabulary - it is very much written by a psychiatrist, for psychiatrists. If you have not researched this field of study previously, you might want a dictionary to hand.

Interessantissima la prima parte, poi mi sono persa un po’ con la questione dei copioni e tutti gli esempi delle favole. Non è un difetto ovviamente, ma l’ho trovato molto orientato a spiegare casi “limite” (soggetti con gravi dipendenze o malattie mentali) , mentre avrei preferito si concentrasse più sui copioni di persone comuni.
Comunque il linguaggio è semplice e i temi trattati comprensibili anche ai non addetti.

Занимательно почитать о типовых схемах поведения большинства людей.
А где-то и себя увидеть.
Только четыре звезды, поскольку лично до меня автор не донес информации - а что делать-то с этими игроками.
Возможно, эта информация есть в книге, но мне не хватило подготовки, чтобы ее понять.
В любом случае это оценка полезности конкретно для меня.

Beginning was very informative and easy to understand but the middle and end lost me. Very outdated, plays into rape culture and left me feeling yucky.
