The unique concept behind the What If? books is based on the author's regular column. The public may ask any question they like, however silly or weird (eg: a child asked what if, as in the children's song, all the raindrops really were lemon drops and gumdrops? What would happen?) The author provides a complete, realistic, factual, science-based answer. The result is not only strange and hilarious, it's surprisingly informative.
