Excruciatingly cliched but Ava's back story was mildly interesting and I did finish the book. So. 2 stars.
Personally loved this, I loved the secret mystery undertones, the romance was cute and accurately timed (it doesn't take a week to get together) personally loved.

Almost a DNF. Thought I would enjoy this more (because the book is very hyped up) but it falls very flat for me. Cringe a lot of times, stereotypical characters and I couldn’t care for the plot. Kinda meh. But at least it was fast paced which was nice.
I won’t be reading the rest of the series.
