4.8!! I loved this book!! When I started reading this book I didn’t realize that it was the second book in the series. But I had already read a few chapters and didn’t want to stop. The book was so fun and sweet. I loved Tyler and Seraphina!! I knew this book was going to be good when I saw that they were going to be roommates. And the fact that they’d already met and slept together made it even better. I loved how there was no extra unnecessary breakup. The character development was really good too. Ty and Tink are my favorites!! SO DAMN GOOD AHHHH!!!!!! AHHHH TY AND TINK!!!!!!

I didn’t love offside but wanted to give this one a chance! It’s a brother’s teammate and friends with benefits romance set in college. I might be nudging out of the NA romances but I just didn’t feel like much happened. Seraphina (chase’s sister from book 1) moves in with the hockey guys while her mom battles breast cancer. She is also dealing with the potential of having th BRCA 1 gene.

Tyler is a goalie that is destined for the NHL and doesn’t have time for relationships. He recognizes Sera (Tink) from when they hooked up at a party where things were kept anonymous. They start to become friends, then friends with benefits to more.

I just didn’t feel like much happened. Sera had a bad friend and this friend’s brother kept hitting on her. She had to deal with school, her mom, and her own health.

I don’t know if my opinion will change with time, but the writing was good and the author made this one shorter than offside (thankfully).

This story was great. Tyler and Seraphina had a great connection from the start. Ty is totally swoon worthy.

I loved the mental health representation with Sera’s ADHD struggles. Watching her grow as a character was enjoyable.

Seeing them try to be ‘just friends’ while they totally fall for each other was wonderful.

Totally recommend this one to anyone looking for a great love story.

a brothers best friend trope & a hockey romance!! yes babe count me in. this book was so hot

These two

Tyler is such a sweetie with a dominance in the bedroom I LOVE. The dirty talk was chefs kiss.

They may have started as a FWB thing, but when life changing news breaks, I think they both realize how short life is and how actions speak louder.

The sneaking around and secretive aspect was exciting, but I loved them together more when they were open.

Love this couple so much
