This was a surprisingly good book! I had just read the first book in this series and it wasn't everything I wanted it to be (but still good), and I didn't have the highest expectations for this book. However, this book knocked my socks out of the water!! It was super hot, super fun, and had a super interesting storyline!! The characters were also super interesting to read: I have never really read a main character who had ADHD before, and I'm glad I got to! The overall storyline as well, and the issues with cancer that the main character deals with was also super impactful.

The romance was also very well paced, steamy, and had my giggling and kicking my feet!!!! Also the comedy and banter??? Top notch!! Not just between the love interests, but just in general.

I'm super glad I read this book, for it was a super fun hockey romance!! So, if you like such books, read this book!!!!!

Said I was just gonna start it, that turned into my buying the audiobook so I could listen and work,

The anxiety and ADHD rep are incredible, I would also say Ser is autistic/autistic coded especially after the scene where she shuts down,

TY is the definition of touch her and you die, not just because he had to be held back from killing a guy.

We also saw a lot of chase as a brother and Bailey as a friend and this 2 are so perfect in this book.

The 1 issue I have is that there was not much of a plot the author clearly tried but was to focused on the characters to add in a real plot
