Finished in one night. It is 1000000% going down as one of my all time favorite horror books. Holy shit.

Really liked this book, well written. Wasnt that heavy on horror as i expected/wanted - was more gorey but still i enjoyed reading the book. I enjoyed Michaels character even tho thats strange to say but thecway this book was written and mainly focus around him i could understand his situation. I remember chapter 21 and 22 breaking me and the last 4 lines of the book too. Wanted to scream. Even tho i pretty much predicted the plot i really liked it was going where it was going + perfect ending for all of them (rip the girls but.. imagine her escaping and having to live w all that shit (i know i couldnt, plus now we dont have these open questions)

Phewwww, this was a dark book. It made me sad and angry and upset. The writing was excellent and I didn’t see the twist coming. Truly a horrific book

i’ve never read a book that made me feel so intensely sick to my stomach and so sad at the same time this was such a hard read, i went through so many emotions reading this over the couple of months that it took me to finish it. i could at no point predict what was about to happen and that twist at the end just fucked me up so much. insane book.
