This graphic novel was an absolutely stunning fantasy stand-alone with beautiful illustrations.

 It had it all - family relationships and the difficulties they bring, discussion of wealth and poverty, magic, royal intrigue, murder, and of course sea monsters 🌊

LOVE. i loved this story. i think it's a graphic novel version of an original tale, and i think that everything in this work so well together. i enjoyed reading it and i loved the characterization of everyone in the story.
