Who is Audrey? Where is she from? What does she do for a living? What do we learn about her? I almost instantly hated Aurora!! I know I did by the end of the first chapter and that grew even more as the book went on. Who is Colin? Where is he from and what does he do for a living? I feel bad for him and the Karen he has to deal with on the job. Morgan, Colt, and Perry are funny as all get out! I really fell in love with Perry. Oh, the drama that ensues when Elisse & Clarissa show up as well as Mr. and Mrs. Bradford had me giggling. My heart broke for Colin in this story! Almost at the end of the book at that. Oh, the ending was a nice surprise! Enjoy the story.

I loved this magical, sweet, and steamy holiday romance! I was totally captivated by this joyous, heartwarming, quirky, and moving love story. Audrey works long hours trying to ignore that the men in her life never stick around. Her boss likes to take advantage of that and is sending her to the small town of Winter Valley Colorado just before Christmas to try and purchase a Bed & Breakfast from a mysterious owner. What She finds there is a quaint building desperately in need of some TLC, just like her. Colin Bradford is a sexy single Dad of an adorable little girl, Perry. He has a large network of family who are very fun and close knit. Audrey and Colin have an awkward but hilarious meet cute. They have an instant connection and fiery chemistry. Neither are looking to act on it, but when Perry and his family get involved, Audrey gets included in all their family traditions. The more time Audrey spends with Colin, and his family, the more the magic of home, family, and true love finds it's way into both their hearts. I really adored everything about this quirky, touching, and sizzling story.
Jacob Morgan, and Ava Erickson did a great job narrating this delightful romance and bringing it to life. I love their humor, and chemistry, and their easy ability to make this heartwarming story of fated love feel real and authentic. They helped make this wonderful holiday romance even more entertaining and it will definitely warm your heart, and make you smile and sigh over and over again.

A charming story! It was a nice 'escape' to a small town with real people with real every-day issues and situations. I was spellbound.

I'm a huge fan of Christmassy books and was really looking forward to reading Claudia Burgoa and Grahame Claire's new book. And what can I say? It's a delightful, heart-warming and Christmassy read. I won't waste your time telling you what it's about because the blurb does an excellent job.
Holiday with You is a wonderfully written story with two loveable protagonists. Audrey has this quirky personality you have to love. And don’t get me started on Colin and his daughter Perry; I loved them. It starts with Colin and Audrey's bond and chemistry, how Audrey seems to fit into this town life in Winter Valley and that she was filling the void Colin has felt so long.
It was a sweet and fun read, with just the right amount of steaminess. Winter Valles sounds like a wonderful place to stay. A huge recommendation for all the Christmas read lovers out there.

This is a fun and sweet read that had been in laughs as well as shaking my head as I see Audrey try and find the owner of the B&B but also fall in love with the Winter Valley and the people there especially Colin. You know the townsfolk are dodging Audrey's questions about who the owner is but boy is her boss a Pitbull with the pressure she puts on Audrey, but you also know things are about to go wrong due to everyone hiding who Ms, Grant is to the point you feel like wringing your hands as you know it isn't going to be pretty. This book has the perfect mix of laughs, love, loss, hope as well as a festive warmth and a feel of family and the hope that one fender bender will give two people some Christmas love and happy ever after.
Such a cute classic Christmas romance story: overworked city gal is sent to a small town to force the B&B owners to sell. Falls in love with a flannel wearing single dad in the process. It hit all the right notes for a Christmas romance
Audrey and Colin met in an unexpected way and it was smooth sailing from there. It started out as friendly but then feelings were developed. Add Colin’s cute four year old and your heart will swoon. But then a secret is revealed and Audrey feels lied to by Colin and his entire family, who welcomed her completely into their home. But they had their reasons for keeping certain information a secret. But the best part was Colin’s brothers that were also like brothers to Audrey in helping their reconciliation. They were so funny and they were a great group. Loved the ending!!!
Holiday with You: Sent by her evil boss to Colorado on a mission to purchase a B&B, Audrey finds herself trapped in idyllic Winter Valley for the holidays. As she tries to unravel the mystery of the B&B’s owner, she can’t seem to stay away from the Bradford family, especially hot single dad Colin.
Super cute! Super festive! Lots of cookies were made and consumed in this book and I wanted some for myself!
I liked this one a lot. Audrey telling off her boss was deeply satisfying. The sex scenes were a lot steamier than other Christmas romances, which was slightly jarring, but that was a me problem. I’ve been reading a lot of…not steamy content recently. Eloquent! Anyway, Holiday With You is very cute, full of holiday cheer, and has actual sex scenes of that is something you’re looking for! I plan to read the whole series!
