This book was OK. It sort of followed with the others though she forgot the mating bite. I feel like there was a lot of story either cut out or just not thought out that we’re missing with this. It just felt kind of rushed and squeezed into something she didn’t actually feel. I’m not really familiar with her books but maybe this was a last minute thing for her? I don’t know. I just wasn’t feeling it as much as some of the others in this series.
Just felt like a lot was missing in terms of plot and character development. Wish it was longer and was hoping that in the epilogue there would be atleast a little bunny in the offspring. One could only dream

I really liked this installment of the Badlands territory series. I loved how Arkin was really sweet with Calli while being a Beast do everyone else.
