I beg you to give me Kostya's book so I can revel in his humour for one last hurrah before burying this series.

Actually, I could stick around for Arturo's book too. Maybe.

I fear this series is now dwindling down a dark hole and has become an advertisement for tropes. Honestly, I grew tired of keeping up the tally of how many times we had to have the "my wife" scenario shoved down our throats. The term of endearment became meaningless. Not to mention the awkward age gap.

I was actually thrilled to discover Drago had a hearing disability. But the almost perfect performance of him hiding this from Sienna was unbearable to witness. He has near to perfect conversations with almost everyone. You're telling me that they all just happened to keep eye contact with him throughout every interaction? Even the enemies who aren't aware of his disability? I can't exactly speak on behalf of the community, but boy did this representation feel abysmal.

Drago and Sienna were sickly sweet. In an alternate universe if this was written better, I'd have enjoyed their messy silly little toxic relationship. Sienna becoming fluent in Serbian within two months probably was one of many nails in the coffin. Give the sunshine girl all the talents. Including dazzling bloodthirsty dogs trained to kill.

Question is, how much longer am I going to put myself through this misery? Kostya, we shall await you.

Ugh, I loved Drago and Sienna! I enjoyed how Sienna was stronger than she thought. She was all sunshine, but she had fire in her as well. I liked her cleverness and knew how to use that to her advantage. I also loved how Drago saw her for who she was from the beginning. They were such a good match; I absolutely loved this book!
