It didn’t love this book, but I didn’t hate it either. I enjoyed the song references. To me it’s just another troubling love triangle story. Unpopular opinion maybe

My heart beats to the music that accompanied Drive. Kate Stewart has written an angst ridden beautiful story with Stella as our heroine. Follow the songs that match the ups and downs as they played with my head and twisted it. Brilliant story, brilliant author.

I’m officially convinced that nobody can make you enjoy heartbreak quite like Kate Stewart. Her stories are filled with raw passion that can only be exhibited through the eyes of its writer’s own soul. Drive is a beautiful second chance love triangle that will have you completely in your feels the whole way through.

“Music is the Hearts Greatest Librarian” This quote perfectly describes this book and how I personally feel about music.

Yet another beautiful story by this author. She has quickly become a favorite. The way music was such a huge component just called to me. Music is a huge part of my life and percussion has always been my favorite. Just like described in the book it can take you back to the past, can lifted you up when down and can rock out for fun. I understood the love the MC’s have for music and how it brought them together. Their love story was so beautiful and had me emotional. When I think of Dead Sergeants I hear Sleep Theory. I don’t know why and I’m probably way off but that is how they sound in my head. I picture Reid singing Numb to Stella. If music calls to you on another level and you love a fabulously great love story, READ THIS! If I could give this more than 5 stars I would.

Ugh, I wanted to love this book and give it 5 stars but I had a hard time liking the fmc, and don’t do well with love triangles because I just know that there is going to be some sort of third act heartbreak. Loved the story, but just wasn’t 100% for me.
