This was a great anthology for a really great cause. Everyone of the short stories were engaging and I was able to discover some authors I haven't read before, Tijan, Nana Malone, Jewel E. Ann, Parker S. Huntington, A.L Jackson, Tamsen Parker, Mary Catherine Gebard, and A. Zavanelli all released amazing stories that made me want to read more by them.

Skye Warren, Penny Reid, Kennedy Ryan, Annabel Joseph, Sierra Simone, Dylan Allen, Melanie Moreland and Kati McGee are all authors I've read before and loved. Each of their short stories were well written and filled that space where you just need a fix while waiting for the next book by them to be released.

BUT...I HAVE TO GIVE A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO THE BEAUTIFUL MASTERPIECE THAT IS SANGUINE BY SIERRA SIMONE. I love Sierra Simone, they way she makes the English language her bitch is beautiful and I will read anything she has written. If she stopped being an author and started writing greetings cards I would make it my life's mission to hunt down every card she had ever written. She gives us a beautiful M/M story about a ex-priest and a vampire and it's everything I didn't know I wanted. I just loved it.

I read The Boogieman by Mary Catherine Gebhard. It was a dark romance and HOLY SHIT I want more. The characters and story in itself was very intriguing. I'm hoping Mary will expand on this someday.

I finally finished all of the interesting stories within this charity compilation. My Goodreads says I didn’t reach my goal but I did. There are 37 stories here!

This book was published for a worthy cause. Mixture of stories from different authors. Good, solid offerings from all contributors.

Thanks to the Aussie authors and our global honorary Aussies contributing to this wonderful cause. Whether you've visited us or just been touched by world news, we are so grateful.
I've only read the Susan Stoker story so far but I intend to read the rest in between other books. I don't know a lot of the authors so what a wonderful discovery. They're short stories and possibly related to their own series but all written especially for this anthology.
Susan's story touched my heart, even though I'd read her latter book that mentioned this event my memory sucks ...so surprise! lol I'm looking forward to Kylie Scott next then I may just start from the beginning. Great set, I highly recommend it.

Some enjoyable stories. Some terrible. Some of theses authors are just not for me. I enjoyed the beginning quarter of the book which is where all the best authors works are

I loved this short story collection and the cause behind it. I definitely found few new authors to check out and I will reread some of these stories for years to come.
