This series has sucked me in from the start and I'm super excited for the conclusion! At least its out in April so not too long of a wait but OMG how much do I love poor messed up Lola!

So I really enjoyed this read a LOT, but not as much as I enjoyed the first book. I expected to get more and more from the book, but I feel like the shock value of the concept was over. When you got down to the nitty gritty of the plot, it was a kind of a repeat of the same thing over and over again and not as unique as I thought. I also expected more on an exclamation of their relationship in a whatever crazy way they could, but I almost felt like it all went backwards! I was so not happy!
However, the storyline wasn’t as unique as I would of liked, I loved Lola and she cannot do any wrong in my eyes. I loved her dialogue and her utter fierceness and she stole the freaking show. I really liked seeing her interact with the men and seeing her work with them. I just wish we had seen more of their jobs together because although they were dark, they were freaking hilarious! Lola was wonderful, but her men were kinda up and down for me. Maddox was really starting to bug me and I really hope he gets his shit together. I didn’t like it. Viper; however, is so intriguing to me and I can’t wait for more of them.

This book took me too long to finish. I put it down multiple times because the monologue was excruciating. I was hoping for more dialogue between her and the guys, but alas no such luck. While I love a book with a good plot, I also LOVE feeling the emotions between characters and how their relationship grows, however I didn’t feel connected to the guys during this book in the series.
The first book Lola was a total badass that takes no shit. But I this one, she’s so whiny! Then when she places herself on Viper while he’s sleeping and when he tells her no, she keeps going, it just didn’t seem like something Lola would actually do. Most likely won’t be finishing the series.

Thai book was super good. Loved the POV it was written in! Can’t wait to finish this series!
