I read this story because it has a wheelchair-using protagonist.
Personally, the storytelling wasn't really for me. The way the story is told is not bad at all, just not how I like my stories to be told. I don't like to have to work so hard to draw the conclusions of what happened in the story.
It has great worldbuilding (especially for a short story) and I would recommend this story.
