I KNOW THE RATING IS PRETTY LOW I'M SORRY OKAY??? I didn't start enjoying this book until the very end (let's blame it on the reading slump I had earlier this month), but I am super excited to start the next one!

Also. I am reading in publication order because my mom told me to. But I think most people read it in the other order? Oh well.

Wrong will be right, when Aslan comes in sight,
At the sound of his roar, sorrows will be no more,
When he bares his teeth, winter meets its death,
And when he shakes his mane, we shall have spring again

Still lively all these years later! Forever a favorite and it’s definitely a book I’ll read to my kids before bed

Edmund che vende la propria famiglia per dei dolcetti rimarrà la scena più iconica della saga.
Scherzi a parte, questo libro è il mio amarcord, ed è subito inverno della 5° elementare.

This was a lovely, nostalgic read and definitely very good for kids. I had a really nice time reading it. The writing was quite lovely in places and it is obviously a well-loved story. I do think my enjoyment was slightly hindered by my knowledge of the film, as I had certain expectations that weren't quite met. But overall I had a lovely time reading this and I'm looking forward to reading more of the series.
