I friggin loved this book. The story is clever, original and well written. I liked all the characters, even the bad guys. The spice was a sprinkle, but was consensual, which was very refreshing. I finished this and immediately went to buy the second book. I’m looking forward to reading more from the author in 2025 as well.

it has a lot of peak moments that was enough to keep me interested in the book. It also had a lot of potential. I enjoyed the layout of the story, but it just missed the mark for me

4.25 ⭐️ And again, I’ve been decieved into thinking a certain character would be the main love interest and that turned out not to be true. But he’s the superior character so IDGAF. Beautiful writing though
