There is something about this book meaning I can't give it 5 stars, but I'm not sure what.
However, this has to be one of my top self help/non fiction books. I have never flagged so many quotes.

i have been reading quite a few personal-development books recently (as i have goals which i have been pursuing for a while now, but haven't made as much progress as i had hoped to), and this is the first one that i can actually say has helped me! the advice the author provides through its 4-step system is logical and helpful, and the anecdotes it included, to illustrate each step, kept the book engaging. definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested!

I highly recommend this to anyone even slightly interested in it. I have been debating picking this one up for a long time, and I am thankful that I finally did. I can see myself returning to re-read it again in the future!
