So I don't always get on with the more classic books, but I thought I would give this one a go as it's dystopian, and I really liked the sound of it! I'll be honest I have mixed feelings about this one, and it did take me a while to get into it and did feel a bit lost at times, but maybe that's the point? I did feel it picked up around the last 3rd, and I do feel this is one I'll want to come back and read at some point as I feel I would understand and enjoy it more!

A great story, but a short plot. Bradbury really does enjoy his metaphors, but sometimes you forget what he's talking about.

re-read!! probably a 3.75? i don’t read a lot of dystopian novels but this book makes me want to. i enjoy how this book takes place in such a short time span, cementing the ‘this escalated quickly’ narrative that is relevant within several layers of the book. cheers bradbury

Really just confusing. It was good with all the deep meanings and stuff, but it was pretty confusing. Do not reccomend unless you have to read it for school like I did.
